At NPNA, Arlen supports the Chief of Staff team by conducting research, analyzing information, identifying opportunities, and transforming complex ideas into clear, visually engaging materials that support decision-making. She enjoys combining analytical thinking with creativity to develop practical solutions and improve business processes. Through her academic background, she has gained experience in financial analysis, business valuation, and budgeting, using data-driven insights to create business value.
