Bernardo, as an HR Intern at NPNA, supports client focused Human Resources initiatives, working closely with teams to strengthen talent planning, recruitment, internal communication, and the employee experience. He contributes to projects involving clients and Mexico based employees, helping identify opportunities to improve HR processes, communication, and alignment between both sides. Through his role, Bernardo is gaining hands-on experience in HR while developing his skills in project support, communication, and problem-solving.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital Management at Universidad de Monterrey.
