Lucía is a tax specialist with experience across international firms and advisory environments, where she has been involved in compliance and optimization initiatives. She focuses on transforming regulatory requirements into strategies that optimize resources, elevate operational efficiency, and bring structure to internal processes through the implementation of standardized frameworks and SOPs.
Alongside her tax career, she is a public speaker and executive communication trainer, helping professionals elevate the way they communicate, influence and lead.

Bachelor´s degree in accounting from UNAM and a Master´s degree in taxation, complemented by international academic experience in Colombia, Panama and the U.S.
